Originally from the East coast, I moved to Bellevue in 1984. The city has changed a lot in three decades. I raised my family here and watched the city evolve from a quiet Seattle suburb into a major urban center with a vibrant business district, diverse residential communities and active arts and entertainment scene. I live downtown and love the city’s energy, the walkable access to restaurants, events and parks and it’s ever changing skyline. It’s a great place to call home.
After working with two Eastside commercial real estate developers I transitioned to residential real estate with a focus on condominiums and townhomes.
I understand the intricacies of condominium real estate transactions, from homeowner associations, resale disclosure documents and reserve studies, to lender requirements and financing, and state and local condominium laws.
An educator and advocate, I provide buyers and sellers with the market data, knowledge, confidence and support they need to make educated financial and lifestyle decisions.
I joined Windermere Real Estate nearly a decade ago. Locally owned, Windermere has deep roots in the community and a commitment to supporting the neighborhoods where we live and work.
I’m also proud to support the Windermere Foundation. In 2019, the Foundation celebrated 30 years and has raised over $38 million dollars to date. Those funds go directly to support organizations assisting low income and homeless families throughout our communities.
