Originally from the East coast, I moved to Bellevue in 1984. The city has changed a lot in three decades. I raised my family here and watched the city evolve from a quiet Seattle suburb into a major urban center with a vibrant business district, diverse residential communities and active arts and entertainment scene. I live downtown and love the city’s energy, the walkable access to restaurants, events and parks and it’s ever changing skyline. It’s a great place to call home.

After working with two Eastside commercial real estate developers I made a career change to residential real estate with a focus on condominiums and townhomes. With nearly three decades of experience, I understand the intricacies of condominium real estate transactions, from homeowner associations, resale disclosure documents and reserve studies, to lender requirements and financing, and state and local condominium laws.

An educator and advocate, I provide buyers and sellers with the market data, knowledge, confidence and support needed to make educated financial and lifestyle decisions.
