Money Magazine just released its 2014 Best Places to Live  –  Kirkland Washington is ranked #5 in the magazine's selection of the best small towns to live.  While downtown Bellevue is definitely an urban lifestyle with a vibrant business and retail district, and world class dining, Kirkland, located on Lake Washington, has easy access to downtown Bellevue but offers a more quaint, village-like lifestyle with easy walkable access to bistros, boutiques, galleries, multiple lakefront parks, everyday amnenities and services.  Downtown Bellevue or Kirkland . . . which do you prefer?
