Where is Downtown Bellevue’s Condo Inventory?

There are currently less than 50 resale condominiums available in the West Bellevue market (98004 zip code).  Prices range from $267,000 to $2,250,000 with the median list price $649,000.  During the same 90 dayperiod last year 79 resale condominiums sold with a median sale price of $590,000.

Traditionally, as we head into the active fall market, available inventory numbers are nearly double current levels.  Where is all the downtown Bellevue condo inventoryo?  Property values have recovered, returning to or exceeding pre-recession levels. Buyers are definitely looking for condos downtown.  Has Bellevue become "the"place to live?  No one seems to be moving away.
