New Waterfront Condos in Kirkland?

Originally listed for sale at $8.5 million, a waterfront parcel in Kirkland recently sold for $7,550 million.  Listed as "Meydenbauer Condos" on the City of Kirkland's website under Major Permit Projects, it appears early plans are for development of 13 condominiums according to paperwork filed earlier this year.  Kirkland's waterfront is currently a mix of older condominium communities and single family residences.  It will be interesting to see what ultimately is designed and constructed on the site.
